Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two (2) years related experience and/or training.
• Detail-oriented with high standard of confidentiality/work ethics.
• Ability to analyze/understand credit reports and possess basic knowledge of bank underwriting.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing members with the highest level of service, assisting them with new accounts and loans, cross-selling of products and services, completing teller transactions and branch operational tasks.
• Assists in the daily, weekly, and monthly planning and execution of activities and assignments to help the branch stay on target to reach its annual sales, growth, and service goals.
