Alohapacific in Honolulu is seeking a Member Relations Specialist to deliver top-tier service to members, assist with new accounts and loans, and support branch operations. The role involves cross-selling products, handling teller transactions, and contributing to branch goals.

The position requires a High School Diploma, about 2 years of related experience or training, and at least 6 months of underwriting experience, with ability to analyze credit reports and knowledge of bank underwriting.

Formación

• High School Diploma required; two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Six (6) months underwriting experience required; ability to analyze/understand credit reports and possess basic knowledge of bank underwriting.
• Knowledge in the use of word processing and spreadsheet programs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide members the highest level of service, assist with new accounts and loans, cross-sell products and services, complete teller transactions and branch operational tasks.
• Assist in daily, weekly, and monthly planning and execution of activities to help the branch reach annual sales, growth, and service goals.
• Demonstrate commitment to quality service, professionalism, integrity, enthusiasm, respect, and a positive attitude.
