Life Time Inc. is seeking a LT Recovery Coordinator to deliver top-tier customer service, greet members, manage accounts, and develop knowledge of LT Recovery products and services. The role includes maintaining the LT Recovery space, scheduling, and assisting the Life Clinic Coordinator.

The position requires foundational fitness knowledge, experience in customer service, and the ability to perform aerobic activity and lift up to 50 pounds. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Office management experience preferred.
• Knowledge or certification in Exercise and sport science.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Greet members and guests and maintain LT Recovery space.
• Manage member accounts and process payments for LT Recovery services.
• Schedule appointments and communicate professionally via email.
• Maintain daily operations, cleaning routines, and supply orders for LT Recovery space.
• Assist Life Clinic Coordinator and engage members during LT Recovery events.
