Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a LT Recovery Coordinator to deliver exceptional member service at the Recovery space, manage day-to-day operations, and support the Life Clinic operations.

You will greet members, maintain accounts, and build strong client relationships while ensuring product knowledge across LT Recovery offerings. The role requires high school diploma, experience in office management or similar, and knowledge of fitness or exercise sciences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Office management experience preferred.
• Knowledge or certification in Exercise and sport science.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Customer service experience required.
• Availability to work holidays and weekends.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Open and close LT Recovery space daily operations.
• Maintain cleaning schedule and submit work orders as needed.
• Manage client accounts and process transactions for LT Recovery services.
• Schedule clients for LT Recovery Services and use professional email for communications.
• Greet and engage with members to build relationships and assist with LT Recovery events.
• Support Life Clinic Coordinator as needed.
