Job summary

Life Time is hiring an LT Recovery Coordinator to deliver excellent customer service, maintain LT Recovery space operations, and manage client accounts. The role supports scheduling, payments, and member engagement while ensuring a welcoming, well-organized club environment.

You will greet members, assist on setup, and help with LT Recovery products and services. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth within Life Time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Office management experience preferred.
• Knowledge or certification in exercise and sport science.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Customer service experience.
• Subject to work holidays and weekends.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Open and close LT Recovery space and manage daily operations.
• Handle front desk operations and client scheduling.
• Engage members and coordinate LT Recovery events.
