Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a LT Recovery Coordinator in Wheat Ridge, CO. The role focuses on delivering top-tier customer service, managing the LT Recovery space, and supporting Life Clinic operations.

You will greet members, maintain client accounts, and ensure smooth day-to-day activities of the recovery services. The position requires high school completion, office experience, and knowledge of fitness and program design.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Office management experience or related role preferred.
• Knowledge or certification in Exercise and sport science.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Customer service experience.
• Subject to work holidays and weekends.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the LT Recovery Space and maintain daily operations.
• Answer calls, check in/out members, book appointments, manage client files and payments.
• Engage members, provide excellent customer service, coordinate LT Recovery events and assist in equipment setup.
