Life Time, Inc. is seeking a LT Recovery Coordinator to provide exceptional service at the LT Recovery space. You will handle daily operations, equipment maintenance, and client account management while greeting members and guiding them through LT Recovery products and services.

You will also manage scheduling, communications, and payments for LT Recovery services, ensuring a high level of customer care and smooth day-to-day functioning.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Office management experience or related role.
• Knowledge or certification in Exercise and sport science.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Customer service experience.
• Subject to work holidays and weekends.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Open and close the LT Recovery space and manage daily operations.
• Maintain cleaning schedule and coordinate with Personal Training Manager.
• Ensure equipment and products are like new; submit repair/work orders as needed.
• Order supplies for LT Recovery Space and know LT Recovery products/services.
• Answer LT Recovery calls, check in/out members, and schedule appointments.
