Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Six months teller or cash handling experience.
• Six months customer service experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree may substitute for experience.
• Six months working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Process Member transactions and requests accurately and promptly.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with Members.
• Explain basic products and services and identify needs.
• Answer Member questions and resolve issues.
• Maintain branch appearance and support daily operations.
