Job summary

University Federal Credit Union (UFCU) seeks a Full Time Teller to greet members, process transactions, and support branch operations in Austin, TX. You’ll build relationships, resolve issues, and assist with online/mobile banking while upholding service standards.

Hours are Monday–Friday 9am–6pm and Saturday 9am–2pm; the environment emphasizes member obsession and integrity in daily duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of six (6) months of Teller or cash handling experience.
• Minimum of six (6) months of customer service experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree may substitute for experience requirements.
• Minimum of six (6) months working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet members.
• Process transactions, mail deposits, night drop, and cash advances.
• Explain basic products and services.
• Identify product needs and resolve member issues.
• Maintain branch appearance.
• Conduct system navigation on various computer systems.
• Process address, phone number, and email changes.
• Assist with online and mobile banking.
• Adhere to policies and regulatory training.
