Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet members and process transactions, mail deposits, night drop, and cash advances.
• Explain basic products and services and identify member needs.
• Maintain branch appearance and ensure security and compliance of procedures.
• Assist with account maintenance tasks like changes to address, phone number, and email.
• Support online and mobile banking and assist with setup and navigation.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures and regulatory training; maintain internal controls.
