Aufgaben

• Sells/cross sells products and services based on member needs to meet assigned goals.
• Processes financial transactions for members including opening/closing accounts, issuing checks, deposits/withdrawals, certificates, drafts, and ATM/debit cards.
• Responds to routine member inquiries regarding accounts and services.
• Performs teller duties as needed.
• Verifies signature cards and initiates check orders.
• Verifies ATM/debit card maintenance forms.
• Provides general credit union information.
• Interviews members, completes credit applications, and recommends approvals/denials.
• Processes loan applications and related documents; advises on loan decisions.
• Processes loan deferral requests and communicates decisions.
• Assists in reaching credit union volume and insurance penetration goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
