Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• 65% interviews new members and loan applicants, prepares documents for approval and processes loan/membership paperwork per policy.
• 15% assists members with loans, accounts, and product questions; refers issues beyond authority to Branch Manager.
• 10% handles financial transactions by mail/phone; balances cash drawer and records daily activities.
• 10% performs miscellaneous duties including outbound calls, filing, and project work.
