Service Credit Union is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to ensure efficient, compliant, and member-centric delivery of loan operations while safeguarding assets. The role supports departmental performance, SLA/KPIs, and continuous improvement across processes.

The position emphasizes member outreach, documentation accuracy, and collaboration with multiple departments to educate borrowers on SFCU products and services.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a related field preferred.
• Experience in financial services and customer service is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries promptly and resolve issues.
• Support escalated member needs as required.
• Educate staff to deliver superior member service.
• Maintain consistent attendance as a key function of the role.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Assist with loan servicing tasks to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Ensure accurate documentation and data entry to protect assets.
• Assist in new member onboarding and outreach programs.
