Qualifications

• High school diploma and two years of customer service experience.
• Strong knowledge of loan policies and Credit Union products.
• Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by identifying member needs and recommending lending products and services.
• Originate, process, close, and disburse consumer loans, HELOCs, and mortgage loans while coordinating with members, dealers, branches, and other departments.
• Meet lending and cross-selling goals, respond to loan-related inquiries, resolve issues, and stay current on products and procedures.
