Credit Union West is seeking a frontline member service professional focused on consultative conversations and sound financial advice. This role supports opening new accounts, loan applications, and funding, primarily at the home branch with potential onsite support at other branches.

The position emphasizes achieving sales and service objectives, digital channel adoption, and accurate documentation in a dynamic branch environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3-5 years lending experience in a financial institution required.
• NMLS required.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and service to meet or exceed objectives; process loan apps and funding.
• Open, maintain, and close a variety of member accounts and educate members on digital services.
• Provide branch support, de‑escalate member concerns, and ensure policy compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
