Job summary

ProFed Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Associate to process member transactions and provide a range of member services accurately and courteously. You will support Branch leadership in deposits, lending, and security operations while promoting credit union products.

Qualifications

Ability to balance cash drawer and perform accurate mathematical computations.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn credit union processing systems.

Responsibilities

Assist Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager as needed.
Conduct loan interviews and process loan applications and documentation.
Provide leadership, technical guidance, and training to Member Service Associate staff.
Execute member transactions and provide information accurately and courteously.
Actively promote credit union products and services.
Maintain proper control of cash, transactions, and credit union documents.
Maintain a neat and organized work area; attend staff meetings and training.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
