Job summary

Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.

• Excellent communication and needs based cross selling skills required.

Responsibilities

• Gathers loan and financial information; explains services and provides basic financial counseling.
• Interviews and assists members with loan applications; processes paperwork; determines loan alternatives.
• Disburses loans promptly; maintains loan accounts and assists with vehicle values.
• Cross-sells Credit Union products and services including GAP, Warranty and Debt Protection.
• Conducts outbound calls to grow business and promote products and services.
