Job summary

Rally Credit Union is seeking a detail‑oriented member service associate to establish and grow member loan and account relationships. You will handle loan applications, process documents, and assist members via in‑branch and remote channels while meeting service standards.

You will drive consultative sales, identify cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of services. Strong accuracy, communication, and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in assessing and meeting member needs; 6 months banking/CU preferred.
• Must have accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintains excellence in delivering member service and meeting service standards.
• Input loan applications, review title work and loan maintenance documents for accuracy.
• Provide consultative sales to cross-sell and up-sell products and services.
• Refer sales opportunities to other lines of business.
• Maintain accurate data entry for member records and transactions.
• Adhere to security, internal controls and applicable laws and regulations.
• Complete BSA/AML compliance training annually.
