Responsibilities include loan review coordination, documenting decisions, and collaborating with other departments to meet sales and service goals, ensuring compliance and quality in all transactions.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years assessing and meeting member needs with products/services.
• 1 year banking or credit union experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide consultative sales to cross-sell products and services to members.
• Process loans and communicate decisions to members.
• Refer sales opportunities to other lines of business.
• Maintain accuracy in data entry and member records.
