Job summary

Rally Credit Union is seeking a Home Loan Officer Assistant to partner with the Home Loan Officer in handling end-to-end home loan applications, collecting documents, and supporting underwriting and processing. You will provide consultative sales to meet member needs and cross-sell credit union products while maintaining outstanding member service.

The role may involve branch coverage within the region and requires strong communication, with a preference for candidates with mortgage lending

Qualifications

• 3 years experience assessing member financial needs in a high-volume sales or service goal driven environment.
• Bilingual ability preferred.
• Mortgage/real estate or commercial lending experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Home Loan Officer in collecting required supporting loan documentation and analyzing credit.
• Provide consultative sales to cross-sell and up-sell credit union products.
• Maintain excellent member service and meet sales goals.
• Assist with loan structuring, underwriting, and processing as needed.
• Travel to branch locations within the region for coverage.
