Auto Club Enterprises (AAA) seeks a Travel Consultant EC to sell travel products to members and non-members, handling outbound calls to support goals and educating members about services. You will manage multiple bookings, protect client data, and contribute to member value through cross-selling and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High School GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• 4-6 years travel agency or sales experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of organization’s operating areas, products and services.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Windows, Outlook, Word and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Sell foreign and domestic travel products and services, entering quotes in club tech.
• Advise clients on travel requirements, protection plans, and trip advisories; meet sales goals.
• Issue international driving permits and passport photos; book air, car, hotel, rail reservations.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and confidentiality per laws and policy.
• Identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities; provide leads to other departments.
• Maintain admin requirements including wage/hour, expenses, training attendance.
