Qualifications

• High School GED required; Associates preferred.
• 4-6 years travel agency or sales experience.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record in travel sales.
• Familiar with agency systems and ticketing basics.

Responsibilities

• Sell foreign and domestic travel products and services to members and non-members.
• Advise clients on travel requirements, protection plans, and trip information.
• Process quotes, bookings, and payments accurately using club systems.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and maintain high service quality.
• Maintain documentation and confidentiality per laws and policies.
