Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Travel Consultant to sell a wide range of travel products and services to members and non-members. You will provide exceptional service, educate members about options, and assist with reservations, documentation, and cross-selling opportunities.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple transactions while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• 4–6 years in travel agency or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and time management abilities.
• Ability to present and use computer systems for travel requests.

Responsibilities

• Sell foreign and domestic travel products and services and maintain quotes in club systems.
• Advise clients on travel requirements, protection plans, and trip information.
• Process air, car, hotel, rail reservations and ticketing for members and non-members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality of client information.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and provide sales leads to other departments.
• Keep knowledge up-to-date on club products, services, and preferred suppliers.
