Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related banking, customer service, sales, or cash handling experience.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Proficiency with a 10-key calculator and computer.
• Strong accuracy and data-entry skills.
• Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential for working with a diverse member base.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with accuracy.
• Educate members about Credit Union products and services; cross-sell when appropriate.
• Lead by example and promote teamwork and an inclusive branch culture.
• Maintain accuracy in transactions and cash handling; adhere to balancing and audit standards.
• Stay informed on policy, security, compliance, and consumer protection changes; participate in branch meetings.
• Flexible hours and availability to work at different branch locations as needed.
