Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months minimum experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
• 1 year minimum customer experience, recommending and referring products/services.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to identify needs and develop long-term relationships.
• Comfortable with using digital technology to support business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in lobby and assist with simple transactions using mobile app or ATMs.
• Provide personalized advice and connect customers to Bankers for next steps.
• Educate customers about Citizens products and benefits, ensuring policy compliance.
• Follow cash handling procedures and applicable laws and regulations.
