MSU Federal Credit Union in Charlotte is seeking a Financial Services Specialist for the Charlotte Branch. This on-site role supports a 40-hour week with branch hours, including rotating Saturdays, and offers full benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Availability to work during branch hours (Full time up to 40 hours per week and Part time up to 29 hours per week), including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with products and services and make tailored recommendations.
• Cross-sell complimentary products and services.
• Process member transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Review transactions for red flags and escalate to Fraud Department when needed.
• Assist with business accounts and cross-departmental tasks as required.
• Support community engagement and events to grow member relationships.
• Maintain compliance with Credit Union policies and procedures.
