Vibe Credit Union is seeking a Teller to be the first point of contact for members, delivering accurate, friendly service and supporting everyday banking needs. You will process routine transactions and help maintain cash accuracy while building relationships with members.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and customer service or cash handling experience, with strong communication and attention to detail. The role requires adherence to compliance policies and teamwork across branches.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to operate Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and routine transactions accurately.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and handle negotiable items securely.
• Support branch sales and service goals through effective engagement.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with members and coworkers.
• Refer products and services when appropriate to meet member needs.
• Follow BSA, AML, CIP, and CDD policies to ensure compliance.
• Assist at other branches as needed and adapt scheduling to branch needs.
• Complete daily reports and attend required meetings; protect member confidentiality.
• Take on additional duties and meet established sales and service targets.
