Job summary

Members 1st is hiring a Teller I to handle member transactions with accuracy and courtesy. You will promote services, support branch operations, and contribute to achieving sales and service goals in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, basic PC skills, and the ability to explain credit union products clearly. Evening and weekend hours may be required as part of branch coverage.

Qualifications

• Requires 0–1 year of progressive retail financial or customer service experience (Teller I).
• Progressive retail banking or credit union experience preferred for higher levels.
• Understanding of financial services and regulatory policies is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Process members' financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Identify members' product and service needs to meet goals and drive small-sell opportunities.
• Educate members on credit union products and perform end-of-day balancing procedures.
