Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales skills with professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and routine transactions accurately.
• Maintain security and accuracy of cash drawers, checks, gift cards, postage stamps, and negotiable items.
• Participate in branch sales and service programs to meet individual and branch performance expectations.
• Establish and maintain professional, positive relationships with members and coworkers.
• Refer members to Vibe’s products and services when appropriate.
• Follow policies and procedures related to BSA, AML, CIP, and CDD daily to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide support at other branch locations as needed and adapt to scheduling needs.
• Complete daily reports and attend required meetings, while protecting member confidentiality.
• Meet all established Sales and Service Goals.
