Qualifications

• One month to twelve months of similar or related experience.
• 6 months of cash handling preferred.

• Interpersonal skills—effective communication with the public.
• Other skills: basic Microsoft Office, detail-oriented, multitask, good judgement.
• Physical ability to move around the branch and sit/stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Receives, evaluates, and processes basic financial transactions (cash, deposits, loan payments).
• Post transactions to member accounts and maintain records.
• Greet members and provide courteous, professional service.
• Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services.
• Balance cash drawer daily and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with reconciling daily transactions and ATM deposits.
