FourLeaf Federal Credit Union is seeking a Teller in New York to deliver exceptional member experiences, process transactions, and build lasting relationships. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, and related services while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities include guiding members on product solutions, managing lobby flow, and supporting branch operations. Monday to Saturday availability is required.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–4 years of customer service and cash handling experience.
• PC, Windows, and internet proficiency.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and excellent communication.

Mansioni

• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Build relationships and identify member needs to offer suitable products and services.
• Refer members to platforms or partners when appropriate.
• Greet members and manage lobby flow to minimize wait times.
• Support opening/closing, daily reports, audits and dual controls.
• Comply with banking regulations including BSA/AML and CTRs/SARs.
