Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–4 years of customer service and cash handling experience.
• PC, Windows, and internet proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member experiences by processing transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify member needs and recommend beneficial products and services.
• Refer members to platforms or partners to assist with banking needs.
• Engage with members as they enter the branch and assist with lobby management.
• Process teller requests (e.g., debit card printing, fraud claims).
• Maintain branch controls and balance cash drawers per policy.
