Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of banking, customer service, sales, or cash handling.

• 1. 25% Member Transaction Processing: greet members, process deposits/withdrawals/transfers/loan payments with accuracy.
• 2. 25% Product & Service Engagement: educate on products and cross-sell with partners.

• 4. 20% Accuracy & Compliance: balance cash, follow policies, audit readiness.
