Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in financial services or a customer‑facing, goal‑oriented service/sales environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, accurate service to members during a broad range of branch transactions.
• Open new memberships and standard deposit accounts.
• Originate, process, and support the closing of standard consumer loans.
• Proactively identify member needs through consultative conversations and refer complex needs.
• Work toward branch sales goals with proactive outreach and follow‑up on leads.
• Resolve routine issues and escalate higher‑risk situations when needed.
• Educate members on digital banking tools and self‑service options.
• Perform teller and platform functions with accuracy and compliance.
• Support lobby management and scheduling of appointments.
• Apply BSA/AML, OFAC, and privacy standards consistently.
