• Exceed members’ expectations through proactive and accurate service via multiple channels
• Explain financial concepts and policies clearly to members
• Offer targeted solutions to meet the member’s needs
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Sunward policies and procedures
• Uphold compliance with BSA/AML policies and reporting requirements
