WESTconsin Credit Union is seeking a member-focused professional to originate consumer loans across all channels (in-person, phone, electronic) while delivering consistent, high-quality service and experience.

You will review credit reports, educate members on credit health and strategies to improve financial wellness, and assist with account maintenance and loan servicing. Notary service and community outreach are part of the role.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of customer service or teller consumer lending experience preferred, with a sales emphasis.
• Strong communication and computer skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Takes steps to enhance membership value by recommending appropriate products and services to members.
• Originate consumer loans on all platforms (in-person, phone, electronic) with high-quality service.
• Review and analyze credit reports and educate members on credit improvement and financial wellness.
• Handle account maintenance tasks including changes to name or contact information, and servicing functions.
• Provide notary services and be bondable.
• Participate in proactive member outreach and community events.
