You will review credit reports, educate members on credit health, and help with loan options, refinancing, and payment solutions to support financial wellness and member relationships in the community.

Qualifications

• Customer service or teller experience preferred.
• Sales emphasis to meet member needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Originate consumer loans across platforms with high service quality.
• Review and analyze loan applications and credit information.
• Educate members on loan options and credit health to support financial wellness.
• Open and maintain member accounts and onboarding processes.
• Stay current with lending guidelines and procedures to assist members during the loan process.
