Peak Credit Union is seeking a Financial Solutions Guide who will warmly engage members, understand their financial needs, and present tailored Peak products including loans and accounts. You will work in a dynamic branch environment, helping members build confident financial futures through proactive guidance and trusted relationships.

The role emphasizes accurate cash handling, thoughtful problem resolution, and cross-selling a full suite of Peak offerings.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in retail banking or financial services.
• Excellent communication and trust-building abilities.
• Willingness to work Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:30pm with rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Engages members warmly and professionally, fostering meaningful conversations.
• Uncovers members' needs and presents tailored financial solutions across Peak offerings.
• Performs cash handling, vault operations, and transaction processing with accuracy.
• Opens accounts, supports loan applications, and assists with underwriting as needed.
• Maintains notes on interactions to support follow-ups and relationship growth.
