Job summary

Peak Credit Union is seeking a Financial Solutions Guide 1 (Teller) to deliver friendly, accurate service in our Washington state branches. You’ll greet members, handle transactions, promote products, and help customers manage their finances with care and accuracy.

• Minimum of one year of customer interaction and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and engages members, managing branch traffic to minimize wait times and enhance the member experience.
• Proactively identifies, refers, and positions credit union products to meet member needs and drive sales targets.
• Processes deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with accuracy.
• Responds to member inquiries with empathy, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Makes outbound calls to support outreach, relationship building, and organizational goals.
• Balances cash drawer and supports vault tasks under supervision.
