Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Engages members warmly and professionally to identify financial needs.
• Develops relationships by uncovering needs and presenting tailored solutions.
• Executes cash handling, vault operations, and transaction processing accurately.
• Facilitates complex account openings and loan applications with care.
• Maintains notes on interactions for continuity across channels.
