Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services.

• Engages members warmly and professionally, creating an environment for meaningful conversations and discovery of financial needs.
• Develops and deepens member relationships by uncovering needs, presenting tailored solutions, and referring Peak offerings.
• Provides advanced financial guidance and empathetic problem-solving to improve financial confidence and relationships.
• Ensures precise cash handling, vault operations, and transaction processing.
• Executes complex account openings, loan applications, and underwriting support with accuracy.
• Maintains notes on interactions and follows up to support continuity across channels.
