Job summary

Elevations Credit Union is seeking a Financial Solutions Guide to join the branch team and provide account services, credit guidance, and financing solutions. You will engage with members using the PEAK’t service model and cross-sell relevant products.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in a financial institution, and 1+ year lending experience. Proficiency in Word/Excel and notary or certification within 90 days are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a financial institution.
• 1+ years of lending experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Notary or certification within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Engage members and provide account services and financial guidance.
• Originate consumer loan applications and analyze credit reports; cross-sell Elevations products.
• Handle account maintenance, online banking support, deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Develop relationships with members to increase acquisition and revenue.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
