Job summary

Gateway Region YMCA seeks a Welcome Center Associate to support branch membership, programs and marketing objectives. You will greet members, enter data into HRIS, verify guests in Raptor and handle transactions accurately.

Responsibilities include processing HRIS entries, daily close-out, assisting with member challenges, and improving service efficiency. The organization offers a diverse workforce and an equal opportunity ethos.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people.
• Previous customer service, sales or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with branch management to implement membership policies and systems.
• Enter membership and program registration data into HRIS.
• Greet and engage members and verify guests in Raptor before entry.
• Process HRIS transactions with accuracy and perform daily close out and drawer count.
• Recruit participants for member challenges and support department goals.
• Suggest procedures to improve efficiency and productivity at the Welcome Center.
