Job summary

The role requires accuracy, compliance with BSA/OFAC regulations, cash handling, and a friendly, proactive approach to help Members save time, money, and gain peace of mind in their financial lives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior financial industry experience preferred.
• High accuracy and attention to detail required.
• Prior cash handling and member service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary member service by being knowledgeable and engaging with Members, applying service standards.
• Listen actively to understand questions and concerns, and guide Members to appropriate products and services.
• Accurately process transactions including cashing checks, deposits, withdrawals, and information inquiries.
• Review all activities for compliance with policies and regulations (BSA/OFAC).
• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accuracy at end of day.
• Perform miscellaneous duties such as end-of-day activities, filing, and answering phones.
