KALSEE Credit Union is seeking a Member Experience Representative who will build relationships and promote financial wellness for Members. You will deliver exceptional service, process transactions, and refer Members to suitable products and services to save money and time.

Requirements include a High School Diploma and basic software skills; prior retail and cash-handling experience is preferred. You will operate within banking regulations and balance cash drawers daily for accuracy and

Competenze

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous financial industry experience preferred.
• Must be able to learn and apply a variety of software applications.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in a retail service environment to include cash handling and member service preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide extraordinary member service by being knowledgeable, engaging with Members, and applying service standards.
• Listen actively to understand questions/concerns and offer guidance to appropriate products and services.
• Proactively identify and refer Members to products that help them save money or save time.
• Accurately process transactions (cash handling, deposits, withdrawals, payments, inquiries).
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations (BSA/OFAC) and complete required training.
• Balance assigned cash drawer at end of day.
• Perform miscellaneous duties and answer phones as needed.
