• Provide extraordinary member service and refer appropriate products and services.
• Listen actively to answer questions and guide members to suitable solutions.
• Accurately process transactions such as cashing checks, deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Balance cash drawer daily and complete end-of-day procedures.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations including BSA/OFAC; participate in required training.
