Job summary

ELGA Credit Union in Bay City, MI is seeking a full-time Teller to greet members, handle transactions, and provide friendly service that meets financial needs.

Qualifications

• One month to twelve months of similar or related experience.
• A high school education or GED.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes the member to their window with eye contact and a smile; processes deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders and cashier's checks with accuracy.
• Interacts with the member to determine needs and cross-sell Credit Union products; promotes self-service channels.
• Performs miscellaneous tasks including drop box deposits, filing, copying forms, and data entry.
• Balances cash drawer and daily transactions.
