Security Credit Union in Michigan is seeking a courteous teller/member services representative to support members in-person and by phone. You will perform teller duties, promote credit union products, and maintain accurate records and logs while ensuring compliance with policies.

The role requires cash handling experience, strong customer service, and the ability to cross-sell. You will work in a collaborative environment, assisting other staff and management as needed.

Formación

• Previous cash handling and customer service experience desirable.
• Ability to promote products and cross-sell to members.
• Knowledge of credit union policies, procedures, NACHA, BSA and OFAC is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality service to members in-person and over the phone.
• Handle teller duties including balance cash drawer and deposits.
• Open/close deposits, loans, and other member accounts as needed.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain records and logs.
