You will be responsible for processing transactions, maintaining product knowledge, and guiding members through our self-service options while actively supporting sales goals.

As Lobby Director, you’ll welcome members and steer their service journey with confidence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and one (1) year experience in retail, customer service or a financial institution.
• Knowledge of PC software applications in Windows and Word; ability to type 45 words per minute.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and use proper grammar in English; interpret instructions and write simple business correspondence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to handle sensitive inquiries or complaints.

Responsibilities

• Processes transactions, including cash handling.
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of products, services, and partnerships.
• Identifies and offers products and services in the member's best interest and meets referral goals.
• Uses consultative sales techniques to help members achieve financial success.
• Completes account maintenance requests and educates members on self-service options.
• Serves as Lobby Director and welcomes members, guiding their service experience.
