Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with members promptly and professionally.
• Identify member needs with knowledge of products, policies and team members.
• Cross-sell beneficial products and services to support members' finances.
• Complete financial transactions accurately and efficiently on request.
• Research and resolve discrepancies; coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Contribute to personal, team and organizational goals.
• Provide exceptional member service to internal and external customers.
• Follow all policies, laws, and BSA requirements.
• Assist area personnel with related functions as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
